Job Summary

At Siemens Gamesa, we're looking for a skilled Advanced Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Central Europe Offshore Service organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our wind farms.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct short-term site planning activities to ensure accurate and timely completion of daily planning coordination tasks.
- Provide general administrative support, including dispatching technicians and coordinating logistics.
- Work closely with the Operations Coordination team to standardize and harmonize backoffice processes across all CEU offshore sites.

Requirements

- Fluency in English.
- Secondary education and preferably a technical background.
- Relevant work experience as a Service Coordinator (Planner), with experience scheduling employees, parts, and tools.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation is a plus.

What We Offer

- A gross monthly salary of up to 4200.
- A 13th month payment, pro-rated periodically.
- 8.33% holiday allowance calculated on 12 monthly salaries.

Working Conditions

- Primary employment conditions include a 4/4 rotation schedule, 12 hours per day, averaging 40 hours per week.
- Secondary employment conditions include a pension scheme, 5% ADV allowance, and various allowances for home office, internet, and travel.
