FrieslandCampina is a dynamic company seeking a highly skilled Customer Services Officer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.
About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in a fast-paced international environment. You will work closely with various departments, including Sales, Logistics, and Planning, to provide top-notch support and services to our customers.
Responsibilities- Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products
- Utilizing strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
- MBO/HBO degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business administration or communications
- Proven experience in a customer care or order management role, preferably in an international and fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, with experience with SAP being a plus
- A competitive salary ranging from 3376.26 to 4150.71 euro per month, based on the CAO voor de zuivelindustrie
