Transformational Business Leader Wanted for SME Growth

We're looking for experienced professionals to spearhead our Business Consulting brand in the UK, Western & Northern Germany. As a Managing Director/ Self-Employed Partner, you'll be responsible for launching and leading your region, recruiting and guiding franchise partners, driving SME growth, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with local and global peers.

Requirements
  • You have owned or invested in SMEs (preferably B2B) or
  • You're experienced in general management or
  • You have worked at senior management level at two of the following fields of expertise; sales, marketing, finance, business development or consulting or,
  • You have a track record as a successful independent business consultant or coach
  • You are already living and working in the region you're applying for
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in German (for Germany applications only)
  • Fluent in Dutch (for applications in The Netherlands)
  • A solid, relevant professional network
  • The ability to secure investment to acquire the franchise license and fund the business launch.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Launch and lead your region: Acquire the license for the UK or Germany, giving you exclusive rights to the area.
  2. Recruit and guide franchise partners: Build and mentor a network of skilled business mentors, ensuring their success as independent franchise partners.
  3. Drive SME growth: Help SMEs achieve transformational results, contributing to the region's economic development.
  4. Develop marketing strategies: Implement targeted campaigns to engage SMEs and promote your services.
  5. Collaborate with local and global peers: Share insights and best practices with thexton armstrong international's local and international network.
