Onze missie


We zoeken een adviseur die bijdraagt aan een duurzamere toekomst voor ons waterschap en de samenleving. Als adviseur energie- en duurzaamheidsvraagstukken draag je bij aan het team dat zich richt op beleid en plannen voor de grote en complexe vraagstukken van de afvalwaterketen.


Je taken


Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren van de afdeling Afvalwaterketen over energie- en duurzaamheidsvraagstukken. Je werkt samen met de huidige adviseur energie en andere vakspecialisten om de afdeling en het waterschap naar het hogere doel te leiden: duurzaam en klimaatneutraal het water zuiveren.


Jouw taken omvatten:



  • het onderzoeken van nieuwe mogelijkheden voor energie-efficiëntie en duurzame energieproductie;
  • het adviseren over en bijdragen aan beleidsdocumenten op het gebied van milieu, energie, klimaatverandering, circulaire economie en andere duurzaamheidsthema's;
  • het werken aan energie- en duurzaamheidsvraagstukken, maar ook samen met (en voor) andere afdelingen.

Wij bieden


een salaris tussen 4.385,00 en 6.058,00 (schaal 11) conform de cao Werken voor Waterschappen;


een individueel keuzebudget van 21% wat neerkomt op een bedrag tussen de 920,85 en 1272,18 per maand;


een persoonlijk basisbudget van 2.400,00 om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen;


een thuiswerkvergoeding van 3,00 per dag en een thuiswerkbudget van 850,00;


je kunt meedoen aan een fietsplan en krijgt een sportvergoeding om je fit te houden;


een goede pensioen- en reiskostenregeling.

We zoeken iemand die:



  • kennis heeft van of affiniteit met het besparen, opwekken en monitoren van energieverbruik;
  • zowel omgevings- als doelgericht is en streeft naar samen met collega's de beste resultaten te behalen;
  • sterke analytische vaardigheden en goede communicatie, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, heeft;
  • een afgeronde opleiding op HBO/WO-niveau, bij voorkeur met een technische en/of organisatorische achtergrond, heeft.
