About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our affiliate partner network in Germany, ensuring our products are visible on a growing number of affiliate partner websites, and driving traffic to our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow our affiliate partner network in Germany, building strong relationships with publishers and negotiating prices.
  • Develop and execute online marketing campaigns from start to finish, working closely with our partners to achieve results.
  • Analyze data to improve campaign, publisher, and program performance.
  • Collaborate with various teams to apply existing campaigns within our affiliate channel.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners for our recruitment affiliate program in Germany.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English (or Dutch).
  • University degree in commercial economics or marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
