About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Infrastructure & Systems Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building and operating Linux-based systems that meet our product needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, monitor and maintain Linux-based systems in agile product teams;
  • Contribute to product evolution by bringing new ideas and proposing improvements;
  • Coach and support team members, helping improve general knowledge and expertise on Linux systems engineering;
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues during operations;
  • Document work done and build/update knowledge base articles.

Your Profile

Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with strong experience in the Linux OS ecosystem, including Kernel, file systems and security. You should also have knowledge of infrastructure and workflow as code systems (Ansible, Terraform, SaltStack) and experience with CICD pipelines and systems (Jenkins, GitLab, Git).

A strong background in programming languages such as Python, Golang, Bash and Powershell is essential. Experience with containerization (Kubernetes/DockerSwarm), virtualization (KVM / Proxmox) and cloud-native application or system design is highly desirable.

You should also have experience with security best practices and secrets management (firewall, Hashicorp Vault, SAML SSO) and modern system development tooling (JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab).

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off and professional development opportunities.
