Job Summary

At Teva Pharmaceuticals, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and quality across our pharmaceutical operations.

About the Role

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for and support regulatory authority inspections.
- Provide timely and thorough responses to regulatory observations, ensuring all communications are accurate and well-documented.
- Stay current with the latest c GXP standards and regulatory guidance, applying this knowledge in your daily activities to ensure compliance across all operations.
- Implement and execute against Teva's Quality Management System (QMS), utilizing quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and initiating corrective actions where necessary.
- Support the rollout of corporate quality policies and standards.
- Conduct proactive analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across different functions.
- Share best practices and knowledge within and across sites, and lead by example in promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

- Master's degree in a relevant field (Chemistry or Pharmacy) preferred. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and significant proven experience will also be considered.
- Extensive experience in a quality position within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in managing quality systems, investigations, and process improvements.
- In-depth knowledge of c GXP, regulatory guidance, and quality management systems, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in daily activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and the implementation of sustainable improvements.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for quality and continuous improvement, with the ability to drive process efficiencies and enhance product quality.
