We are seeking a skilled Production Employee to join our team at Tempo Team. As a Production Employee, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain production equipment, including filling lines and packaging machines
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and meet customer demands
  • Participate in process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
