Job Summary:

As an IVVQ Manager at Thales, you will be responsible for leading complex test plans and procedures, overseeing IVVQ activities, and managing a team of professionals. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful execution of IVVQ activities, while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the overall IVVQ strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute IVVQ plans, procedures, and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of IVVQ professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their growth and development.
  • Coordinate IVVQ activities, establishing priorities, and integrating logical diagrams, conducting tests, analyzing results, and transmitting them to development teams.
  • Manage technical facts commissions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure the IVVQ team performs integration to the satisfaction of all external and internal customers.
  • Define test benches, monitor test progress, consolidate and report test results, and contribute to qualification, acceptance, and certification.
  • Support capitalization activities for the department, including lessons learned.
  • Be involved in budgeting and scheduling for offers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure unambiguous testability of requirements.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering (Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IVVQ, with a proven track record of leading complex test plans and procedures.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and appraise employees' performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convince stakeholders.
  • Technical background, with a rigorous, pragmatic, and critical thinking approach.
  • Ability to manage complexity and conflicts, with a resourceful and creative approach.
