The Opportunity

As a Young Professional in our Supply Chain team, you'll have the opportunity to drive your future success in end-to-end supply chain management. You'll learn from industry experts in sustainability, procurement, quality, manufacturing, logistics, planning, and engineering, and gain practical experience in supply chain excellence.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong technical academic background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business Administration
  • Strong proficiency in business English and local language
  • Maximum of one to two years of experience in supply chain, business administration, or manufacturing environments
  • Global mobility and adaptability, with a willingness to take on global projects and temporary international relocation opportunities
  • Proactive learners who enjoy mastering complex concepts and applying learnings in practical ways to make an impact
  • Creative problem solvers who can approach challenges creatively and think outside the box to find the best solutions
  • Diversity and inclusion, with an appreciation and respect for diverse perspectives and the ability to share your own ideas and work inclusively
  • Collaboration, with a strong sense of teamwork and an appreciation for diverse perspectives and working synergistically to achieve collective goals
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive, enterprising spirit that seeks new opportunities for improvement and innovation within the supply chain arena
Program Details

The Young Professional Program is a 18-month program, split into three six-month rotations on the job, normally in three different countries, in three different supply chain areas. You'll gain industry-specific knowledge and leverage the experience of experts in our different locations and Opcos. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your personal network in a collaborative environment and gain practical experience in supply chain excellence.
