Associate Specialist in Intercompany Transfers

As an Intercompany Export Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely delivery of our products by implementing policies that govern export and intercompany stock transfer processes within our supply chain, particularly focused on Emerging Market Countries. This position requires collaboration with local downstream Distribution Centers, regulatory bodies, logistics operations, transportation teams, trade compliance, and our supply chain planning division. Together with our internal teams and stakeholders, we are committed to maintaining high-quality standards and prioritizing the safety and health of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries from Distribution Centers across various regions, including the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, Russia, Eastern Europe, India, Asia Pacific, China, and Latin America regarding stock transfer orders.
• Ensure efficient order and shipment processes while managing communications (handling incoming inquiries and resolving issues effectively and compliantly to enhance customer experience).
• Create and oversee stock transfer orders, deliveries, and shipments at various stages, monitoring lead times within ERP systems (such as SAP).
• Track aging orders and provide regular updates on open orders, deliveries, and shipments to distribution centers.
• Follow up on service complaints with thorough root cause analysis and timely resolution.
• Employ continuous improvement methodologies to enhance processes, analyzing data and deviations to facilitate smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
• HBO working and thinking level
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in export-related customer service, order management, or logistics
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong customer focus and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proficient in computer applications (MS-Office and ERP systems)
• Proactive mindset with analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and manage stress effectively
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Emerging Markets and/or Intercompany processes
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Results-oriented approach utilizing data, KPIs/Metrics, and tools such as MOS, CAP, and Lean Sigma
