Pizza Baker

We are seeking an experienced Pizza Baker to join our team at Happy Italy Alkmaar. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for crafting delicious pizzas that exceed our customers' expectations.

• Prepare and cook pizzas to a high standard, using traditional Italian techniques and ingredients.
• Work in an open kitchen environment, where you will be visible to our customers and provide a show-stopping experience.
• Regularly check the quality of our products for their shelf life and freshness, ensuring that our kitchen meets the highest standards.
• Collaborate with your colleagues to maintain a clean and fresh kitchen environment, adhering to HACCP guidelines.
• Assist in the training and development of junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge.

• Proven experience as a Pizza Baker, with a strong background in traditional Italian cuisine.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to train and develop junior team members.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.

• A competitive gross monthly salary between €2,200 and €2,600, plus tips and free meals.
