About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Walker Lovell as a Maintenance Manager, where you will play a key role in optimizing maintenance operations and ensuring the reliability of plant assets. The successful candidate will lead a skilled team to execute maintenance activities effectively and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a contractor safety plan.
  • Translate business goals into a Maintenance Plan with clear KPIs.
  • Deliver maintenance targets within scope.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a relevant functional leadership role in the (petro)chemical industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills and experience in managing team leaders.
