Our laboratory in Assen is a highly specialized and innovative facility that offers a wide range of bioanalytical services to the global pharmaceutical industry. We provide quantitative and qualitative analyses of all types of drugs, as well as biomarkers in biological matrices, using techniques such as LC-MS/MS, ligand-binding assays (ELISA), qPCR, and flow cytometry.
Your Role
We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Analyst (Associate Scientist) to join our team in Assen, The Netherlands. As an analyst in the laboratory, you will be involved in the development and validation of new bioanalytical methods, using a range of different analytical techniques. You will also be responsible for analyzing biological study samples and processing data. Ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with GLP and GCP regulations is of utmost importance.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and validate new bioanalytical methods using various analytical techniques.
- Analyze biological study samples and process data.
- Ensure compliance with GLP and GCP regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the lab, Project Managers, Project Technicians, and your Team Manager to ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Your Profile
- BSc degree in a biomedical (related) field.
- Multiple years of hands-on experience in developing bioanalytical methods for large molecules and biomarkers.
- Experience with GMP/GLP quality systems.
- Thrives in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Eager to learn and develop skills.
- Flexible, a problem solver, and a team player.
- Analytical mindset and remains calm under pressure.
- Quality- and results-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and fluent in Dutch (preferred) and English.
