Job Title: Clinical Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead global clinical research projects in various therapeutic areas. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage global, multi-center clinical research projects from startup to closure
- Deliver clinical research projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with high quality standards
- Lead and manage multi-functional project teams
- Train, mentor, and coach project team members
- Be the primary point of contact to clients on all project matters
- Attend bid defense meetings, participate in proposal development, and client presentations
- Implement company standard practices and compliance with intradepartmental procedures
Requirements:
- Recent clinical research experience in project management or equivalent
- Global or regional clinical project management experience, including management of all project services from startup to closure
- Therapeutic experience in oncology, and/or MS, IBD, hemophilia, other rare disease, infectious diseases is preferred
- Experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects is preferred
- BSc or MSc in Life Sciences (or similar) or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Ability to negotiate confidently
- Team building, resource allocation, and organizational skills are essential
