About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Marel. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documents, including user manuals, technical data, and marketing specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and create technical documents using Adobe FrameMaker in accordance with our style guide
  • Develop 2D/3D illustrations for technical documents using SAP Visual Enterprise Author and Adobe Illustrator
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including Engineers and Product Specialists
  • Follow and respect the development process
  • Contribute to improving departmental processes and Marel global processes

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent technical knowledge or a bachelor degree in English or Communications with experience in technical writing
  • Knowledge of the Machinery Regulation and ISO 20607
  • Experience in the use of 2D/3D application software and authoring tools
  • Ability to write understandable content regarding technically complicated machines and software
  • Ability to convert complex processes into clear and instructive illustrations
