Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Inland Operations Associate to join our team at Maersk. As an Inland Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation processes, both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize daily transportation operations to meet customer demands.
- Collect data to accurately forecast transportation capacity and plan accordingly.
- Monitor supplier performance and take proactive measures to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and resolve issues.
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of transportation planning and logistics.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
