Job Description
The Commercial Insights Director will lead large-scale, multi-country business intelligence projects, focusing on the development and rollout of the global Commercial Data Lake. This role involves managing a team of CDL Product Owners, commercial analysts, and Power BI developers.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the development and rollout of the global Commercial Data Lake, focusing on commercial and financial data sources, including SAP, Nielsen, IRI, sales force data, and distributor management systems.
- Build and lead a BI & Analytics global hub, serving commercial teams such as marketing, trade marketing, route-to-market, revenue growth management (RGM), and media.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the (F)MCG or CPG industry, with at least 4 years in a BI & Analytics role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial data sources and financial integration.
- Hands-on experience working on data lake projects, ideally with Azure platforms and agile methodologies.
