Job Summary

Olympia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Resident Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on advanced automation systems.

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will possess broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems and be able to resolve complex issues. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior technicians and providing technical advice to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various technical installations.
  • Resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults and problems.
  • Coach and mentor junior technicians and new employees.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on malfunctions and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain maintenance documentation and reporting.
  • Communicate with the client to coordinate the maintenance schedule.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

  • You have completed a vocational education (MBO) in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
  • You have several years of experience in a role such as Maintenance Technician or Technical Service Associate and are ready for the next step.
  • You are flexible and willing to work in a 2-shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 6 AM - 10 PM).
  • You have expertise and can collaborate effectively with other senior technicians.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary from €3000 based on your knowledge and experience, with an additional 8-10% extra pay for hours worked after 8:00 PM.
  • You will receive a travel allowance to commute from home to work.
  • You will start directly with a contract from the employer, not as a temporary employee.
  • You will receive 25 vacation days based on a full-time contract.
  • Monthly 8% holiday pay on top of your monthly salary.
  • Participation in the KNAPP Pension Fund with favorable terms and the option to choose your own investment.
