We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to join our team at Picnic, a fast-growing online supermarket. As an HR Operations Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and improving the employee journey across different operational teams, and designing development tracks for our talent.
Key Responsibilities- Guide, develop and support the team of HR Business Partners by conducting check-ins and bi-annual reviews
- Align with internal stakeholders like the international analyst team, and people director, and manage external stakeholders like external payroll partners, occupational health service, or labour inspection
- Initiate and drive people-related initiatives, and implement proactive solutions
- Provide insightful data to guide decision-making, and ensure that the organization is structured to achieve business objectives
- Improve employee and team lead journeys (including staffing, onboarding, learning & development, and rotation processes)
- Manage talent to ensure the right people are in the right roles
- Set-up HR shared service center
- You have a relevant Master's degree
- You have 6 to 8 years of experience with HR, preferably as HR Lead, or strategy/organizational consultant
- Your experience in a start-up/scale-up environment is a plus
- You are ready to lead a team, and have a passion for technology and people
- You know how to manage projects, and thrive in an operational environment
- You understand Human Resource disciplines and your knowledge in employment law is a plus
- You speak fluent English and Dutch
- You'll work in an awesome scale-up environment with the freedom to drive your own projects and create a visible impact
