At Partos, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Donor Relations Professional to join our team in Amsterdam. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with existing and prospective individual donors to build and maintain meaningful relationships.

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who can develop and grow income from our existing portfolio of individual donors, including legacy pledgers. As a Senior Donor Relations Professional, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with prospects and existing donors, as well as identifying new opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Buuild and maintain relationships with individual donors and prospects;
  • Manage and grow income from existing donor portfolios;
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure, renew, and upgrade gifts;
  • Utilize a moves management system to track each step of the donor journey;
  • Contribute to the annual plan and goals of the Individual Donor Relations team;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A commitment to Partos' vision, mission, and values, including intersectional feminism, social justice, and human rights;
  • An education at university level or equivalent experience in fundraising and/or relationship management;
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising/relationship management, with a proven track record of growing and securing income from individual donors;
  • Lived experience of resisting injustice and different forms of systemic oppression;
  • Knowledge of CRM database systems, ideally Raiser's Edge;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in verbal and written English;
  • The ability to work with KPIs and meet fundraising targets;
  • Detail-orientation and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary based on CAO Welzijn scale 9, full-time salary (min.) € 3,015,- (max.) € 4,445,-, plus 8% vacation, 13th month, and pension plan.
