About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team at Vuyk Engineering. As a key member of our operational engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing structural solutions for marine operations projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement structural designs for marine operations projects
  • Collaborate with project engineers to ensure accurate estimations and planning
  • Conduct calculations and create CAD models using software like Ansys, Solid Edge, and Autocad
  • Travel to client sites to guide marine operations and provide technical support
Requirements
  • BSc or MSc in Marine-, Offshore Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in marine operations projects for various types of vessels
  • Proficiency in software like Ansys, Solid Edge, and Autocad
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Ability to develop to a Lead Engineer role
