Department: Insights Leadership

Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Director of Data Insights, requiring a minimum of 7 years' experience within the medical communications or commercial healthcare domains. This position will report directly to the head of digital and will play a pivotal role in the Adelphi in Healthcare Insights Leadership team. You will spearhead the formulation of data and insights strategies in collaboration with our accounts and business development units, while also overseeing the utilization of various internal and external insights platforms to enhance our medical communications offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the creation of engagement insights within medical communications.
  • Foster collaborative relationships and processes to meet the diverse needs of our agency clients.
  • Guide the definition and implementation of market and audience insights, journey mapping, content strategy, omnichannel planning, tactical execution, and performance measurement for medical communications and strategic publications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop data visualization dashboards.
  • Provide internal training and knowledge sharing across Adelphi in Healthcare.
  • Manage your workflow within agency project teams, ensuring a balanced delivery of projects utilizing both internal and external resources.
  • This is a full-time remote position, with occasional travel required.
Required Experience

Proficiency in digital delivery channels and media is essential.

Experience in a creative digital environment and omnichannel communication initiatives is required, along with a proven track record of successfully executing client projects with meticulous attention to detail.
