This is a challenging role for an experienced SAP ERP Project System Technical Lead to join our team at Next-Link in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Project Systems (PS/PPM) and SAP ERP Project System (PS) projects. This involves working closely with our project management team to ensure successful project delivery, providing technical guidance to team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Project Systems (PS/PPM) and SAP ERP Project System (PS) projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and testing plans
  • Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in project meetings, status updates, and progress reporting to stakeholders
RequirementsMandatory Skills
  • SAP S/4 HANA Project Systems (PS/PPM)
  • SAP ERP Project System (PS)
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with SAP implementation projects, preferably in a technical lead or senior consultant role
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
