About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at DAF. As a key member of our HR organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees and the organization
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. education, instructional design, organizational development)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training program design and delivery
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
