Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing programs, handling external and internal order/invoice procedures, and maintaining our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of regional marketing plans, ensuring timely approvals and clear reporting.
  • Manage the logistics of marketing goods, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure data management and email marketing campaigns are executed effectively.
  • Maintain and update our social media channels to ensure a strong online presence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to general marketing inquiries and supporting customer events.
  • Participate in events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or MBO education diploma in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Dynamics is a plus, as is affiliation with AI dynamics.
  • Excellent command of English is required, with any additional European language being a valuable asset.
  • Web content management experience is essential, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • A friendly and helpful personality is a must.
