We are seeking a highly skilled Vessel Agency Operator to join our dynamic team at Clarksons Port Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ship crews, ensuring seamless port visits and cargo operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients and ship crews to ensure smooth port visits and cargo operations
• Handle all formalities regarding berth reservation, customs clearance, and other requests
• Provide excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure timely and efficient operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of port visits and cargo operations

Requirements:

• At least an MBO4 level of education and thinking
• Strong organizational and communication skills in English and Dutch
• Proven work experience in the shipping industry and ship agency
• Experience with customs is a plus
• A driver's license (B)
