Role Overview

As a Beauty Brand Ambassador for Estée Lauder Companies, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and exceeds sales targets. This role involves working in a rotating way across various luxury beauty brands within a specific region, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently exceed customer expectations, providing inspirational and personalized service across all luxury beauty brands.
  • Develop extensive beauty care expertise, leveraging your knowledge to educate and advise customers on products and services.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, rotating across different locations and brands, and adapting to last-minute assignments.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new launches and trends within the industry.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving business growth and contributing to the company's success.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Extensive beauty care expertise, with a background as an esthetician and/or makeup artist.
  • Service expertise in a luxury/specialty environment, with the ability to provide inspirational and authentic customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work in a highly flexible environment, including last-minute assignments and rotating across different locations.
  • Languages: Dutch, English.
