The Role
  • You'll oversee and collaborate with our front-of-house staff to provide exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-ins, fantastic service, and unforgettable moments in our restaurant and bars.
  • A thorough understanding of our offerings will enable you to effectively (cross-)sell our products to guests, maximizing their stay with us.
  • As a community leader, you'll handle any guest or team member queries, complaints, or technical issues with ease, maintaining our high standards of service.
  • You'll possess a bird's-eye view of hotel operations, expertly managing situations, and keeping a calm head under pressure.
  • Your TSH expertise will empower team members, providing guidance and assistance when needed, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and growth.
  • Building strong connections within our guest community is key; you'll be our internal networker, staying attuned to their needs and preferences.
  • Ultimately, your role will revolve around spreading joy, smiles, and good vibes, knowing that employee and guest satisfaction is at the heart of what we do.
Who We're Looking For
  • You'll bring a flexible, hands-on approach, driven by motivation and a positive attitude.
  • At least one year of hotel experience or team-leading background is essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English are necessary, with additional languages a definite plus.
  • Responsibility, stress-handling skills during peak periods, and a 'let's-do-this' mentality are vital for success in this role.
  • Leading, inspiring, and building motivated teams comes naturally to you.
  • Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands is a must.
