Corporate Dealmaker Associate

At Marktlink, we are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Dealmaker Associate to join our team. As a key member of our deal teams, you will play a crucial role in guiding entrepreneurs through the buying and selling process of companies.

• Conduct thorough business and market analyses to identify opportunities for growth;
• Prepare comprehensive valuations and bid books to support our clients' goals;
• BUILD and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and sellers across various industries;
• Identify and approach new business prospects to expand our network;
• Support senior managers in project execution and ensure timely delivery of results;

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A degree in finance or a related field, complemented by a master's degree in finance;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically;
• Strong commercial acumen and a keen eye for detail;
• Demonstrated proficiency in Dutch or German language;
