- Pricing Strategy Development: Define and implement pricing strategies to enhance profitability and market share.
- Operations Management: Coordinate all international operations, including Export, Import, and Customs activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
- Team Guidance: Provide guidance to Export, Import, and Gateway teams to ensure alignment with overall business strategy and compliance with local market requirements.
- Quality Standards: Monitor quality standards and drive continuous improvement and optimization of product offerings.
- Create and execute comprehensive air freight business plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with airlines and vendors.
- Manage budgets and track key performance indicators.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or International Business, or a comparable combination of education and experience. A minimum of 10 years of industry experience, with at least 6 years specifically in Air Freight and 2 years in a supervisory role.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, demonstrated initiative, and ability to exercise sound judgment while achieving results through others. Comprehensive knowledge of contracting, negotiating, organizational development/change management, budgeting, and action planning.
