We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Supply Chain Engineer to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our Magellan program, you will play a critical role in the implementation of our new ERP system, S4/HANA.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the Coreteam Engineers in engineering activities related to process changes. This will involve reviewing current processes, proposing new processes, and performing general engineering tasks such as updating standards, performing time studies, and documenting processes.
You will also be responsible for demonstrating good working knowledge and application of PFMEA's, validation and qualification requirements. Additionally, you will actively engage in go-live activities, foster collaboration and knowledge sharing with other key Magellan resources, and ensure Safety and Quality, improve Service and reduce Cost.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 3-5 years of experience as an engineer, and a continuous improvement mindset. Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills are essential, as well as fluency in English. Supply chain experience is an advantage, as is experience in the field of medical devices and SAP.
This is a defined term period of 12 months, and you will work from our European Distribution Center in Kerkrade, The Netherlands. If you are a natural problem-solver with the imagination, determination, and spirit to make a meaningful difference to people worldwide, we encourage you to apply.
