Bridgestone Mobility Solutions is seeking a talented graduate student to collaborate with our Customer Success Central Quality Team. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside Solution Architects and Service Delivery Managers to develop innovative solutions for enhancing customer and agent experiences within our SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement novel scalable algorithms and modeling techniques using machine learning, NLP, search, and deep learning.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions for customer-facing platforms.
• Learn from industry experts and contribute to real-world research problems on the leading edge of speech technology.
• Gain hands-on experience integrating with industry tools like Genesys, Salesforce, and Azure AI.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a Ph.D. or Master's degree program (or equivalent) in Speech or Language Technologies, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience designing experiments and performing statistical analysis.
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithm design, and statistics.
• Proficient in coding with an industry-standard programming language (Python, C, C++, C#, Java, etc.).
• Enthusiastic about Large Language Models (LLMs) and Voice AI applications.
