About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert to join our team at Ridder. As a Technical Expert, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and support to our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot control engineering installations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement technical solutions
  • Provide technical support to partners, end users, and colleagues
  • Document work procedures and processes and log work performed
Requirements
  • Minimum MBO level in measurement and control engineering or Mechatronics
  • Work experience as an installation technician or service technician
  • Command of both Dutch and English in word and writing
  • Customer-friendly and driven to help customers find efficient and sustainable solutions
  • In possession of a driving license (B) for working independently in a company car
  • Improvisational ability, flexibility, thoroughness, care, neatness, and accuracy in work
Preferred Qualifications
  • Practical experience in electrical installations, water treatment units, process automation, or measurement and control technology
  • Familiarity with the horticultural sector or affinity with food and flower production
  • Knowledge of customer-centric working and ability to influence and contribute to it
  • A healthy dose of humor and team spirit
