We are seeking an Information Security Questionnaire Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you'll play a vital role in addressing security-related inquiries from enterprise clients, ensuring that company policies align with industry standards.

As an Information Security Questionnaire Analyst, you'll be responsible for handling security questionnaires from customers, articulating complex security measures in a clear and confident manner. You'll work closely with internal security, legal, and product teams to align responses to questions in the questionnaires with certifications such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

You'll analyze security documentation and compliance policies to address customer concerns, identifying areas where security processes can be improved and helping refine internal workflows. Additionally, you'll handle customer calls to resolve security-related concerns.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance principles, as well as excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. If you have experience with security questionnaires or customer-facing compliance tasks, that's a plus—but a willingness to learn is just as valuable.

Job Description

As a Compliance and Risk Management Expert, you'll be responsible for ensuring that company policies align with industry standards. You'll handle security questionnaires from customers, articulating complex security measures in a clear and confident manner.

You'll work closely with internal security, legal, and product teams to align responses to questions in the questionnaires with certifications such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Additionally, you'll analyze security documentation and compliance policies to address customer concerns, identifying areas where security processes can be improved and helping refine internal workflows.

This role involves dedicating a significant amount of time to answering customer questions from security questionnaires. The ideal person we're looking for is a tech-savvy individual who enjoys working with texts—someone who feels comfortable answering questions full-time.

Requirements
  • Technical knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance principles.
  • Tech-savviness and commercial awareness.
  • English proficiency must be at a near-C2 or C2 level.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple security requests efficiently.
  • Familiarity with cloud security, APIs, and compliance frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience with security questionnaires or customer-facing compliance tasks is ideal, but a willingness to learn is just as valuable.
