FTE Deskside Support Specialist

As a valued member of the H-Tech Supports team, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch services in technology, information, and internet across 50+ countries. Your expertise as a Full-Time Employee (FTE) Deskside Support in Belgium will be instrumental in delivering high-quality service and client-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for end-users at their desks, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams and service partners to implement and maintain seamless technology solutions in line with company standards and client requirements.
- Manage and prioritize multiple support requests, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to service level agreements.
- Document and track support activities, maintaining accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and service requests to enhance knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Participate in the deployment and configuration of IT equipment and software, supporting global rollouts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in deskside support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
This is a freelance position offering competitive pay with all-inclusive compensation.
