Job Title: Store Experience Manager

As a Store Experience Manager at ARKET, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance of an individual store, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience.
  • Analyze selling information and take responsibility for the store sales performance.
  • Lead and motivate a team of managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to achieve excellent standards of service.
  • Recruit and develop a talented team, ensuring effective induction and training of new starters.
  • Identify future talents and develop plans to support their progression.
  • Oversee store operations, ensuring efficient and effective management.
  • Create a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • A good understanding of KPIs, selling reports, budgeting, and workforce hours.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and store operation routines.
  • Fluency in English and good knowledge of best practice in employee relations.

About the Role:
