Job Title: Gluon Researcher

We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Gluon Researcher to join our team at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering (IDE) at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft). As a Gluon Researcher, you will play a key role in our pioneering research profile, focusing on knowledge integration and transdisciplinary research.

Job Description:

The Gluon Researcher will be part of the Resilient Delta Initiative (RDi), a collaboration between TU Delft, Erasmus University Rotterdam, and Erasmus Medical Center. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate knowledge integration and collaboration between academics and societal parties, addressing complex societal challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement knowledge integration strategies in transdisciplinary consortia
  • Collaborate with academics and societal partners to address complex challenges
  • Design and evaluate integration processes in various settings
  • Contribute to the development of design principles and methods for knowledge integration
Requirements:
  • MSc in STS, sociology, anthropology, public administration, or a design- and integration-focused discipline
  • Experience with inter- and transdisciplinarity and design methodology
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Conceptually strong and intellectually curious
