Warehouse Operative Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operative to join our team at Procurement International BV. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and processing goods into our ERP system, Navision, and accurately locating stock in the warehouse.
  • Picking, packing, and preparing shipments for daily carrier pickup.
  • Conducting annual stock checks and maintaining a high level of warehouse housekeeping.
  • Handling customer returns and resolving any related issues.
  • Liaising with suppliers, including couriers, packaging suppliers, waste companies, and ad hoc delivery services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a pick/pack/despatch environment.
  • Excellent computer skills, including data entry, and proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and use initiative.
  • Good housekeeping skills and attention to detail.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of €2200 - 2300 per month, plus 8% holiday pay and 3% pension contribution after probation. Working hours are 08:00 to 16:30 with 30 minutes for lunch. You will also receive 20 days holiday plus bank holidays per year, rising to 26 with service. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.
