Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Support Specialist to join our team at Mammoet. As an HR Support Specialist - Process Improvement Expert, you will be responsible for providing first- and second-line HR advice on regulations, policies, employment conditions, leave, and HR processes.

Main Responsibilities

- Provide HR support and guidance to colleagues, employees, and managers on HR-related matters.
- Ensure clear communication and maintain appropriate standards in HR processes.
- Guide colleagues and managers in using our systems and ensure changes are implemented correctly.
- Oversee the processing and monitoring of organisational and personnel changes, while providing support throughout the process.
- Collaborate with HR Advisors, Recruiters, and payroll colleagues to deliver excellent service to employees and managers.
- Contribute to improving and making the efficiency of our HR processes and digitalization.

Requirements

- Professional level experience in HR systems, processes, and MS Office suite.
- Fluent English and Dutch verbal and written proficiency.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on meeting requirements and constantly improving.
- Critical thinking and willingness to ask questions.
- Ability to maintain a good overview of various processes and potential consequences of changes.
- Ability to switch quickly between tasks and set priorities effectively.
