TNO Powertrains is a leading research institute driving the transition to sustainable transportation. As a Digital Twin Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and demonstration of electric vehicle digital twins.
Company OverviewWe are a dynamic team of researchers dedicated to advancing sustainable transportation solutions. Our team at TNO Powertrains focuses on supporting electric transport solutions, such as charging hubs, charge planning, and maximizing battery life.
Job DescriptionYour assignment will involve applying a Model-based System Engineering (MBSE) process to develop the digital twin. You will integrate CARLA with Simulink for realistic testing scenarios and optimize energy usage through innovative digital twin development.
Required Skills and Qualifications- You are a master student in a relevant field, such as automotive technology, computer science, or electrical engineering.
- You have knowledge in Matlab/Simulink and Python.
- You possess knowledge in Model-based Systems Engineering.
- You enjoy developing innovative solutions to technically challenging problems and have the right mix of intellectual curiosity and pragmatism.
As a highly valued intern, you will receive a competitive salary of €1,500 per month, plus additional benefits including a highly professional internship environment, use of a laptop, and an allowance for travel expenses.
