We are seeking a highly skilled HRIT Consultant to join our team at SuccessDay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding projects to completion, leveraging your expertise in HRIT suites to drive successful implementations.
Your knowledge and experience will be the driving force behind ensuring that our clients receive optimal support and guidance throughout the implementation process. You will need to possess strong interpersonal capabilities, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance on HRIT suite implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
- Support clients in the change journey, utilizing proven methodologies and best practices in HCM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver support before, during, and after implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Profound understanding of HRIT suites, including Workday, SuccessFactors, and Dayforce.
- Solid track record of experience in HRIS/HRIT projects, with a minimum of 1 project as a Business Analyst or Consultant.
- Sensitivity to organizational mechanics and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Dutch.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
