As a Project Manager, Transmission, you'll play a crucial role in accelerating our clients' projects and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, risk management strategies, and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, consultants, and clients, to deliver projects that meet or exceed expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing costs.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Transmission & Distribution projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
