Job Summary

The Director of Marketing and Communications will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication plans to enhance brand awareness and engage target audiences. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will take the lead in developing communications around our company strategy and positioning.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing, internal communications, branding, public relations, media relations, digital marketing communications, and crisis communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Support marketing and communication activities in the BUs on digital, social media, design, and public relations.
  • Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company's brand image and reputation.
  • Lead the development of compelling content for marketing materials, website, social media, and other communication platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing & communication efforts.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing and communications professionals.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Over 10 years of industry experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience in managing remote teams effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful communication strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing analytics & digital tools.
  • Team player.
  • Relevant professional experience in an international organization in Agfood.
