Functieomschrijving

Als Process/Design Engineer bij Trinamics Beheer B.V. ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en optimaliseren van procesinstallaties. Je werkt nauw samen met andere engineeringdisciplines om procescondities en ontwerpeisen te bepalen.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Ontwerpen van procesflowberekeningen voor industriële ketelinstallaties.
  • Maken van procesberekeningen ter ondersteuning van de installatiecapaciteit.
  • Opstellen van ontwerpcriteria.
  • Analyseren van technische procesproblemen en genereren van passende oplossingen.
  • Actieve bijdrage leveren aan de ontwikkeling van brandertechnologie.
  • Samenwerken met andere engineeringdisciplines om procescondities en ontwerpeisen te bepalen.
  • Continu streven naar verbetering van het standaard proces technisch ontwerp.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsaspecten en toepassen van milieuvriendelijke materialen in het ontwerp.
Competenties
  • Kennis van geldende richtlijnen, normen en procestechniek.
  • Ervaring met MS-Office, KED, Ansys en gangbare programma's binnen het vakgebied.
  • Kwaliteitsbewustzijn: bewust streven naar kwaliteit en continue evaluatie en verbetering van werkzaamheden.
  • Communiceren: helder, correct en eenduidig overbrengen van boodschappen, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Doorzettingsvermogen: concentratie op behalen van resultaten binnen gestelde tijd, ondanks uitdagingen.
  • Arbo en QHSE: bewustzijn van en bijdrage aan veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu in overeenstemming met geldende regelgeving.
