Job Title: Credit Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Undutchables. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and recovering outstanding debts for our clients in the Eastern European market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Debt Recovery: Manage and recover outstanding debts for a specific customer portfolio within the region.
  • Credit Assessment: Assess new credit requests and regularly review customer credit limits to ensure timely and accurate decision-making.
  • Collection and Reconciliation: Ensure prompt debt collection and initiate legal action when necessary, while also reconciling and cleaning up customer accounts as needed.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing queries from both internal and external parties, and providing ad hoc financial analysis to support the finance team.
Requirements:
  • Credit Control Expertise: Over 3 years of experience as a Credit Controller, with applicants having 1-3 years of relevant experience also encouraged to apply.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Polish and English is required, with candidates who are not fluent in Polish but are fluent in other Eastern European languages also encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong focus on Excel, and experience with AX Dynamics and/or SAP highly desirable.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and social personality, and strong problem-solving abilities.
