MGG Tegelen is a renowned aluminum sand casting expert with over 65 years of experience and a team of 750 skilled employees. As one of the largest sand foundries in Europe, we supply prominent brands such as DAF, Audi, Volvo, Porsche, and Remeha.
We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will work closely with our supervisor to ensure seamless operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating machinery to produce cores, adhering to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Removing cores from molds using hand tools for smaller items and equipment for larger ones.
- Cleaning and preparing molds for the next production cycle.
- Inspecting cores and molds for damage or quality issues and reporting concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintaining machinery cleanliness and informing the supervisor of any malfunctions.
- Updating the supervisor on work progress and reporting any issues promptly.
- Assisting with additional tasks within the department and occasionally beyond.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Experience working with power tools and machinery.
- Availability for full-time employment across three shifts (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Dutch, English, or German.
- A reliable means of transportation to commute to our location in Tegelen.
