Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the performance of our Windows-based trading systems.
- Design, deploy, and maintain a global configuration management system (Infrastructure-as-code).
- Develop and deploy hardening baselines to improve our security posture.
- Elevate our next-generation observability stack by designing advanced Windows monitoring systems.
- Work on automation, build, configuration, deployment, and administration tasks with PowerShell and Python.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to implement updates in our infrastructure and enhance support for general operations.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technological initiatives across regional domains.
- Proven hands-on technical expertise in Windows servers and systems, including Active Directory, DNS, SCOM, and SQL Server.
- Solid expertise in automating and scripting, with a focus on PowerShell and Python.
- Knowledge of virtualization and networking, specifically VMware.
- Confident with backup solutions, such as Commvault.
