Your Role
As a Process Operator A, you will play a crucial role in our modern cheese production facility. You will ensure smooth production processes and top-quality results, working closely with your team.
Your Responsibilities
- Setting up, starting, and adjusting production machines.
- Monitoring key parameters like temperature and machine speed.
- Solving minor technical issues and reporting larger ones to technicians.
- Conducting quality checks and logging results accurately.
- Collaborating with colleagues to improve efficiency and workflow.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A vocational diploma (MBO level 2), preferably in technology, food, or production.
- Strong technical insight and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in 2- or 3-shift operations.
What We Offer

- Gross monthly salary between €2,200 and €3,800 (based on 36 hours), depending on experience.
- Shift allowances for working in 2 or 3 shifts.
- 8% holiday allowance and 24 vacation days per year – with options to buy or sell extra days.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (from 10 km up to a max of €227.17 per month).
