Job Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing comprehensive marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and outline the project plan along with key milestones aligned with program objectives;
  • Formulate strategies, allocate necessary resources, oversee and enhance campaigns, and evaluate performance metrics;
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of marketing initiatives in close partnership with technical project officers;
  • Establish and monitor campaign KPIs, implementing corrective measures as required;
  • Define metrics to assess the success of marketing efforts;
  • Organize monthly progress meetings and ensure follow-up on corrective actions identified during KPI evaluations;
  • Manage the budget allocated for marketing campaigns;
  • Conduct monthly progress meetings with internal stakeholders to provide updates on campaign status;
  • Review timelines and manage new project requests;
  • Collaborate with editors, designers, social media teams, and web developers to ensure timely and high-quality content publication;
  • Report weekly to management on the timely and quality execution of marketing campaigns.
Market Research and Audience Identification:

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify target demographics.

  • Evaluate market data and stakeholder needs;
  • Lead surveys and interviews to gather insights;
  • Collaborate with market intelligence and project teams to prepare audience profiles for campaigns.
Setting Marketing Objectives:

Work closely with project teams to establish marketing goals that align with overall program objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 6 years of proven experience as a marketing coordinator, preferably within an agency setting;
  • Willingness to travel monthly for project-related activities;
  • Experience in diverse and international work environments;
  • Familiarity with ESA and its programs is advantageous;
  • Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in another official ESA language is a plus;
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional European language is beneficial.
